Hello Goddess!

A few days ago, I woke up to a hot air balloon extravaganza right outside my window. Balloons shaped like witches, pirate ships, I’m pretty sure a pumpkin, and these:

Since then, it’s been 4th of July Fireworks every night (making the end to bedtime stories with Team Lavish — EPIC-).

What’s making this week so unique?

It’s SuperBowl Time here in Arizona, but MORE importantly, it’s Week 9 of our Hair Growth Challenge — and it’s time to measure our 60-Day Results!!!

 

At the end of this week you’ll have enough photo treatments to compare your beginning photos to your 30-day and 60-day pics.

There are 3 things to complete this week:

  1. Take photos of your hair and compare your current results with previous photos you’ve taken during the challenge. 
  2. Enjoy a relaxing bath for at least 20 minutes. Add my Tub Tea before you get in
  3. Drink The Green Buddha

Juice Tip:  I forgot to add the apple to the ingredient list above. This juice is sweet enough with the pineapple, but i like ginger and apple together. If you are seeking more sugar-free options to sweeten your juice, consider adding low-glycemic fruit (stevia. I use sweet leaf stevia (lemon drop).

What is stevia? 

Stevia is a plant-based sweetener and sugar substitute that is about 300x sweeter than sugar. A little will go around the world and back so start with one drop and gradually increase. When buying this luscious sweetener - read the product label carefully. It should be 100% pure - with no added ingredients.

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 ginger
  2. 1/4 pineapple
  3. 1/4 lemon
  4. 1 apple
  5. big handful of spinach
  6. 2 big kale leaves with stems
  7. 1 cucumber
Instructions
  1. Wash, prep, and peel ingredients in the order listed (sweetest ingredients first)
  2. Run the ingredients through your juicer.
