One More Thing Goddess...

Fenugreek seeds are one of nature's cures for fibroids. 

Dr. Allan Warshowsky and Elena Oumano detailed how fenugreek seeds keep fibroids from developing in their book, Healing Firbroids: A Doctor's Guide To A Natural Cure. I had fibroids, and drank a lot of fenugreek tea when I wanted to get rid of them. I was so worried about it, the fibroids got bigger. My doctor wanted to perform surgery to remove them. I wanted a more natural approach.

 

Fenugreek seeds help heal the body's mucous membranes. 

"the seeds contain phytohormones, the hormonelike plant substances that help prevent the estrogen-dominant state that leads to fibroids and helps them grow. Fenugreek also helps the pelvis discharge the excess mucus and the toxins trapped in it (a condition associated with fibroids)."

 

Bigger Boobs? 

Many herbalists believe that fenugreek can be used with other herbs to increase breast size without surgery. As with most research in botanical medicine, there's not enough published data or evidence to say this is true or not true...but if I start bustin' out of my Lavish Tees, I'll let you know:)
